Create multiple random activities ?

Hi everyone!

In a database I have lots of polls, each poll has different amount of questions, and the amount of questions may be modified any time.

So I need to create an app where you can display each question of a selected poll using the whole screen and after the user has clicked on the selected answer I need to move forward to the next question and so on...

Should I use one activity, and full sized fragments within the same activity in order to do this ? That would be a good way to go ?
