Also, from the looks of it you are trying to pad on the left with zeros. Unless you are required to program it youself, there is an easier way using String.format.

Integer to String, can't get it to work
Also, from the looks of it you are trying to pad on the left with zeros. Unless you are required to program it youself, there is an easier way using String.format.
